To ensure consistency and clarity, the school adopts a daily routine of house registers and meetings, guaranteeing all students are updated on the day’s itinerary. In terms of practical amenities, a laundry service, managed by the House Parent, is provided for students a minimum of twice weekly, and its cost is incorporated into the overall fee.

Safety measures are of paramount importance, leading to weekly unscheduled fire drills ensuring student familiarity with evacuation processes. Finally, while Bede’s determines boarding arrangements based on weekly enrollments, they do take into consideration accommodation requests from students.
