Aiglon features a total of ten residences: five designated for girls and another five for boys. Of these, eight belong to the senior school and two to the junior school. In the senior school, houses typically accommodate around 50 students, while those in the junior school house up to 30.

Each residence boasts a unique character, shaped by the houseparent and enriched by the house’s own set of customs and identities. Within these houses, students reside in study bedrooms, sharing the space with a maximum of three roommates. Older students often have the privilege of single or double rooms. The houses also include a communal living area, a dining hall, and other shared spaces like a kitchen and games room. Houseparents reside on the premises and are aided by assistant houseparents and tutors assigned to each student.

When students enrol in Aiglon Summer School, they step into roles as both learners and adventurers. Offered as both a preview for Aiglon’s full-time academic programme and as a stand-alone summer adventure. The experience is tailor-made for students aged 8-16.

For younger adventurers aged 8-12, the Classic balances educational enrichment with exploratory expeditions. Older students aged 13-16 find the Eagle an ideal preparation for life’s challenges beyond academics, focusing on developing courage and capability. Both s aim to leave students not just educated, but transformed—ready to chart their personal adventures and enriched by a broad range of cultural perspectives.

Aiglon Summer School is the same as Aiglon School in the summer - there is no separate company working at the school. This means that the Summer School Student can have absolute confidence that they will be perfectly looked after. Not only that, this is where Princess Diana went to school! Nestled in the Swiss Alps near Chesieres-Villars, Aiglon College boasts a stunning natural backdrop of mountains and lush forests, offering students a unique setting for academic and outdoor pursuits. The school's facilities include modern classrooms, science labs, art studios, a library, and superb sports amenities.

Self Travel

To get to Aiglon College fly into Geneva Airport (GVA) and then take a train to Aigle, the nearest train station. From Aigle, taxis or buses are available to reach Chesieres-Villars, where Aiglon College is located. The journey from Geneva Airport to Aigle takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes by train, followed by a 20-30 minute ride to Aiglon College.
