Topics covered include genetics, drug resistance, pharmaceutical science, biotechnological devices and drug design. Through lectures by experts in the field and hands-on practical sessions, students will be offered a unique insight into both the study of biotechnology at university and the vocational opportunities in the field beyond higher education.
